Brian Monday - President & Founder

Brian is currently employed as the Regional President, TD Bank, Mid-South covering Delaware through South Carolina. Brian has leadership positions in multiple charitable organizations. He currently serves as Chairman for Leadership Fairfax and Treasurer of the Virginia High School League Foundation. Brian has invested more than 25 years coaching youth sports including football, lacrosse, baseball, basketball and wrestling.
Brian is native to Northern Virginia, and a graduate of the University of North Carolina. He resides in Oakton, Virginia with his wife, Holly, and youngest son. Brian is the father of Eric Monday.
Gregg Monday - Vice President

Gregg is employed as Vice President, Field Operations for LF Jennings, Inc. Falls Church, VA, a regional construction firm. He has served as director and officer of youth sports organizations and other organizations, investing more than 20 years of coaching in youth sports.
Gregg is native to Northern Virginia, and a graduate of East Carolina University. He currently resides in Vienna, Virginia and is the father of two girls. Gregg is the Uncle of Eric Monday.
Holly Monday - Secretary

Holly has been in the Retirement Industry for over 25 years. She joined Wells Fargo in 2006 as a Vice President and Sales Director of Retirement and responsible for covering parts of the Mid West and the South East region of the United States. In this role, she leads and coordinates the sales efforts of defined contribution plans to Fortune 500 companies. Holly earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from Illinois Central College and further studied accounting and marketing at Bradley University. Holly is a member of Leadership Fairfax. She currently resides in Oakton, Virginia with Brian and their son Clay.
David K. Krauskopf - Treasurer

A founding Principal at Blu Venture Investors, Dave is a serial entrepreneur experienced in starting, financing and growing companies with direct experience in software, computer, travel and hospitality. He and his wife Dana developed and own a high-end boutique resort in Belize, Central America.
Dave has been an outdoor and sports enthusiast for more than 20 years. His passion for wrestling began in High School where he became a dominate wrestler in his weight class. Dave’s love of the sport continued as an adult where he served as High School Wrestling Coach at Langley High School.
Dave is native to the Mid-West and attended Miami University in Ohio and received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern. He currently resides in Oakton, Virginia with his wife Dana and three boys.
Glenn Yorkdale

Glenn is currently a Professional Services Senior Security Consultant for Neustar, Inc. He has more than 30 years of experience and practice in the field of Security Risk and Vulnerability, Information Security, Physical and Technical Security and Counterintelligence. His career includes assignments in Eastern and Western Europe, Central and East Asia, and the Middle East.
Glenn has more than 30 years coaching experience in both high school and youth sports. He is the former Wrestling Commissioner for Vienna Youth Sports (VYI, Inc.) and in this role founded the Melee ‘til Midnight tournament in 2010.
Glenn currently resides in Centreville, Virginia with his wife Wendy their two daughters and twin sons.
Thomas "Toby" Eckhardt

Toby is founder, Chief Executive and Creative Officer for Focused Image a leading marketing and communications agency headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. Toby has been involved in the Melee 'til Midnight tournament since its inception in 2010 and has made significant contributions to building the Melee legacy through brand development, public awareness and recognition.
Toby has been active in wrestling and youth sports for x number of years and was a wrestler in college. He is a Board Member for the Greater Washington Wrestlers in Business Network.
Toby attended Swarthmore College. Toby resides in Vienna, Virginia with his wife Laura and their two children.
John Partridge

John is currently employed as the Chief Operating Officer of Consilium Development, LLC, a full spectrum real estate development company doing business in the metropolitan Washington DC region.
John’s energy and passion for sports overall and wrestling is contagious. He has coached youth sports for over 10 years, including high school wrestling and weight lifting at James Madison High School where is a “Bronze Certified” USA Wrestling Coach on Head Coach Shawn T. Hutchison’s staff. He is a founding member of Antaeus Wrestling, a USA Wrestling chartered mat club where wrestlers of all ages can engage and continue to develop their skill and love of the sport. John has also played an important role in community awareness and education about the sport of wresting.
John is a native to Long Island, New York, where he wrestled at Locust Valley High School under Hall of Fame wrestling coaches Matt Sanzone and Doug Axman. John attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York, where he played football and obtained graduate degrees from the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He currently resides in Vienna, Virginia and is the proud father of Sarah, Ryan, Amanda and Brendan.
Torryn P. Brazell, MS, CAE

Torryn is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer, of the American Tinnitus Association, whose mission and core purpose are to promote relief, help prevent, and find cures for tinnitus, evidenced by its core values of compassion, credibility, and responsibility.
Brazell has served as Managing Director of the American Board of Audiology, and Executive Director of the National Grants Management Association. She holds an MS in Business and Organizational Management, and a Curriculum Design Certificate, from Marymount University, and a BS in Political Science from Oregon State University.
Torryn is a total sports mom, having attended her boys’ baseball games for 31 spring and fall seasons, including numerous swim team, lacrosse, soccer, and basketball seasons. Torryn is honored to be involved in furthering the mission of the Eric Monday Foundation.
