As Vice President, National Security Business Development, Mr. Bradley applies his over 30 years of Federal experience helping customers find solutions to their most complex problems. He and his team are responsible for the strategic direction and corporate growth in delivering mission-critical solutions and professional services to the National Security Market accounts.
A seasoned industry executive, Mr. Bradley has outstanding skills in building client relationships, performing client needs assessments, and facilitating strategic partnerships. He is a skilled business leader who leverages a disciplined approach, quality initiatives, industry best practices tools, and certified training to develop winning strategies and resolve critical problems. Mr. Bradley has the ability to conduct in-depth client needs assessments, provide continuous critical inputs, and create ongoing support of tiered information management networks to meet a wide range of complex, multifaceted requirements. He has been instrumental in aiding clients through a smooth transition into the digital age and ensuring continuous growth and success therein. Mr. Bradley has developed strong technical approaches and self-funded business process analyses for multi-million dollar contract awards.
Before being appointed to National Security Market accounts, Mr. Bradley held leadership and career growth positions at Chenega Corporation, Raytheon, and IBM, where he drove revenue growth through team leadership and individual assignments. A certified Shipley Associates consultant in both capture and proposal management,
Mr. Bradley holds a BA in Business Management from Lynchburg College. He is active in both the Northern Virginia and Hampton Roads business communities, where he is a participating member of numerous business associations focused on improving government efficiency and reducing costs.
