We design and develop curriculum for all modes of presentation from instructor-led training (ILT) to web based training (WBT). Agile Instructional Design (Agile IS)
The Addx Agile IS combines solid design strategies with Agile best practices resulting in a quicker delivery than using traditional Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model of instructional design. Our Agile IS methodology ensures cost-effective rapid development and superior content, while providing customers total process transparency.
Course Delivery
Qualified Addx subject matter experts employ the latest practices and regulatory guidance to conduct initial, refresher, and advanced level training through classroom, distance, on-line, and blended learning environments. Our experts teach and reinforce core skills by employing various presentation media to best connect with individual learning modalities, including audio-visual presentations, handbooks, round-table discussions, practical exercises, webinars, and/or computer-based devices.
Training Facilities Support
Addx offers a full range of training facility management and support services from designing and operating classroom facilities to building out on-line training delivery systems. In all cases, we manage the total student experience including onboarding, tracking and performance measurement, feedback, and personnel support.
