Lydia Ferguson
Director, Commerce
As Director Commerce Programs, Ms. Ferguson is responsible for delivering, developing, and growing Addx solutions across our diverse Department of Commerce portfolio.
Ms. Ferguson has more than 17 years of experience serving in leadership capacities to identify, initiate and manage complex Federal Government Information Technology programs. Her experience spans contract management, program and project management. The majority of her career was spent providing corporate oversight and program management support for several contracts supporting the United States Agency for International Development.
Ms. Ferguson has a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University, a M.S. degree in Technology Management and Project Management, a B.E. degree in Engineering Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
