Patricia Cloud
VP, National Security Market and Air Force Accounts
Ms. Cloud serves as Vice President, National Security Market, where she is responsible for development and solutions delivery for the Air Force account and other IC organizations. In this role, she coordinates engagement and capture activities with clients and positions Addx to win business, while ensuring superb delivery of Addx solutions.
Ms. Cloud brings over 30 years of expertise in AF, weapon system acquisition, life cycle logistics, resource management, and strategic planning/analysis and is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)-certified in Program Management and Life Cycle Logistics. She executes the engagement/capture process to improve probability-of-win through client relationships and development of teaming arrangements, solutions and proposal strategy. In addition to her AF role, she leads capture for Management Consulting, Training, and Studies and Analysis opportunities throughout the federal space.
Before coming to Addx, Ms. Cloud was the Manager for Defense Acquisition Logistics at WBB Inc. and served as an Acquisition and Logistics consultant providing subject matter expertise to AF and Navy programs. In addition to developing milestone documentation for Acquisition Category (ACAT) I programs, she led acquisition studies and Congressionally-mandated Product Support Business Case Analyses for the MQ-1, MQ-9 and B-2 programs. Prior to joining the private sector, Ms. Cloud had a distinguished 23-year AF career as an Acquisition Program Manager.
Ms. Cloud holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Auburn University.
